With that though, it meant that people were using the forums for the first time and there were sure to be some things that had to be decided upon after getting some feedback.
Some things that I have noticed and changed and/or I'm working on are as follows (Sorry about the wall of text
):
- Nothing major for this one, but I've changed the 'Promoted' user title (The yellow one) to 'Veteran' mainly because all of you will most likely (Unless you don't wish to) become Veteran users because you've been here from literally day one.
- Also, I'm getting feedback from you about forum styles, it's been good feedback but I'm at a bit of a crossroads with decisions. Here's my problem: I don't want to have a ridiculous ammount of styles on offer because it might look messy, that being said, I want to keep everyone happy and let them choose the style they want. There are hundres of styles on offer, from StarWars to Need For Speed to X-Box 360 To Wii, Black To White, Halloween to Christmas, but I don't want to have all of these on offer because it will take up too much space. Within a week or so I'm hoping to have a set 8 or so (This number may change) styles for people to choose from, no more and if you miss out on one that you like, I'm sorry.
- I've decided to give Aqua Dementia's ideas for rankings a trial run to see how it works, I think that the number of posts will be changed eventually, but I think I'll give them a trial run for a while and see how we go. The ranks are as follows:

Not So New - 10 - 49 Posts
Experienced - 50 - 99 Posts
Master Poster - 100 - 249 Posts
Expert Poster - 250 - 499 Posts
Professional Poster - 500 - 745 Posts
Level 99 Poster - 750 - 1,000 Posts
NOTE: This does not give you the right to post spam to get your rank higher, keep posting as you would normally and you'll be amazed at how fast you'll get 'Promoted'.
- Over the next few days I may also be testing out some new features so if you see any new features that weren't there before, please try not to muck around with them if possible. When they're ready to be used I'll let you know and explain how to use them.
