Music Mayhem

Is anyone else going to buy it, It seems that a lot of people hate it because it's not a "real guitar" but I will still be getting it.

I havent bought any of them, but i go to my mates place and play them quite a bit and its alot of fun. But for now I'm saving for a new amp so i'll probably buy it after that.

I'm going to get it, I don't own any of the others because I don't have an X-Box or PS2, but now that I have my Wii I can!

But yeah, even though it isn't real guitar it's still pretty fun. I mean, compare it to other games, it's a billion times more accurate in how you play it.
Try comparing Guitar Hero - playing with a fake guitar controller that almost feels like a real guitar, to say, pretty much any game that uses a standard controller or even a keyboard and mouse, and tell me how it's less 'accurate' than running around shooting guns with a controller?
And the moral of this story is: Don't watch Ren & Stimpy without popcorn.

But seriously, I don't see the harm in it, if anything it'll help your guitar skills. Probably not a noticeable ammount, but even something as simple as timing (Which alot of people have issues with) might get a little better. Also, people that are really good at Guitar Hero and say that real guitar is easy but can't play it need to be punched in the throat.

I will be getting it. I can't stop playing the demo of it on xbox live. The songs on the demo are so much fun.

Definitely, I played the demo at my friends house.

I loved Playing "Evenflow" and I really liked the new look of the game as well

Yea Evenflow, the Priestess song, and Rock You Like A Hurricane are so much fun. I can't get past 55% on The Metal on expert though.

Yeah, The Metal is a tough one, I couldn't beat it either =/

Ah. Well that's lame, I was hoping to get it on my birth day I guess I'll have to save some cash and get it then, or get it at christmass...

Is it just me or does the singer in the demo look like a hyena munchin' on a baby? Seriously, his jaw unhinges for some words and looks ridiculously funny.

Yep he sings on the Poison song and his band's own song. I think you can choose him over the other singer as well. Slash and Tom Morello will also be in the game.

yea came out in the us today!! woot. i'm glad i got a wii haha, they were sold out for 360 and ps3. it's sweet, i played through the first 8 or 9 songs on the career mode on hard, big thumbs up. hopefully i'll be able to afford a 2nd controller soon so i can play against my brother. unfortunately i'm back at school now and had to leave the wii at home so i'll just have to be happy with a real guitar for 3 weeks.

Man that's cool. My friend got a copy so I may play it soon. I would have reserved a copy if I had some left over money.

Still a long wait for us europeans This is so lame.

Couldn't you just order it from the US?
