Ok fairly standard question, what instrument do you play?Feel free to elaborate, how long you have been playing, your particular favourite brand of instrument manufacturer (Fender,Ibanez,Gibson ect).Anything relevant to instruments really.

play a somewhat crappy epi lp. only been playing for just over a year now, so i'm not that great :(

oh and i have a morgan monroe acoustic with an ovation style rounded back. it was pretty good till i messed with the truss rod like an idiot (back when i was even more noob than now) so it plays like crap now. but it still sounds pretty awesome.

not visibly...i'm not sure exactly what it did. but there's a very noticeable difference in playability. it's practically impossible to hammer and pull off on the first and 2nd frets on the g and b strings now, and my fingers are much stronger than they were before. so it's probably warped somewhat, but not that i can see just looking at it. i'm gonna take it to a pro soon to look at it, the bridge needs work anyway. by the way, how much do pros usually charge to set it up?

not too sure how much it is to get it fixed but a warped neck would probably be quite expensive(if even possible).what are you planning to get done to the bridge?

i dunno. probably i could do it myself, but i'm not sure. the high e just slips out of it's place on the bridge, so my bet is that the groove just needs to be deepened. i'm not sure though, and it's actually my dads guitar so he'll probably pay for it (and told me not to do it myself lol).

but over the summer i'm gonna try and build my own guitar, so that will force me to learn to do all this stuff myself. the guitar will probably be a disaster, but who knows. my dad owned a furniture repair business for 15 years, so that at least covers the wood working part of it for me.

haha yea. i dont expect it to turn out well. but somethin to do over the summer, and hopefully i'll learn a lot from it. and i should know whether or not it's gonna suck before i spend too much money...i doubt i'll get past buying the wood.

I play Bass, Electric Guitar, and I mess around with drums and a banjo.

I've been playing bass for almost 4 years, I own a Fender P-Bass and a Fender J-Bass, also a strater Ibanez bass.

I've played guitar for a little over a year. I own some kind of Epiphone. Not sure what kind it is, but it looks like some kind of Fender knock off. Judging by the neck I'd say it's at least 15 - 20 years old.

What kind of amps to you cats use?

I use a Fender Rumble 100 for my bass and a Gibson amp for the mid 50's for my guitar.

yea i pretty much hate them too. most bands with the word boy in them i hate. i can't think of any i don't. but i can't support the bashing of people that do like them, because most people think the music i listen to is crap as well.
