Now, by next Thursday (That's one week from now) I'm fairly positive that I will have made alot of progress with what I was meant to do a number of weeks ago but didn't in the form of changes to the forums.
Here are the things I have already changed:
Advanced Reply Box - Nothing major here. The FAQ can be read in the FAQ section of the forums.
Word Censor - I got rid of the word censor. This doesn't mean that you can swear non-stop now, it's just showing that I trust you guys more and I want you to show me that you can be responsible and not swear at any given moment.
Added New Forums - These are just to see how well they go, I was unsure of what you guys like or not, but I think I've covered most subjects. There is a thread HERE about them and any suggestions and feedback is highly requested over the next few days/weeks.
Apply To Be A Mod - HERE!

Appointing new Mods to the forums [s](I'll be making a new thread tommorrow afternoon about what to do if you wish to become a Mod)[/s]
Appointing veteran users
[s]Adding a number of new forums with new topics - This is a biggie and will take the longest time to complete. Firstly, these will be on a 'trial' period for a while until they settle (Or don't settle) in, in which case they will be kept or deleted. Some of the new mods will be assigned a few of the new forums to moderate.[/s]
And here are some definate MAYBES that might happen (Most likely not within the next week though):
Appointing new Admin
Upgrading the forums to Premium Hosting - This will cost money, I'm still working on that one for the moment...
